We use Royal Mail, 1st Class Recorded Delivery

Postage and package costs are added to your cart at checkout when ordering online.

Delivery

We now aim to send all orders within 3 working days from order being placed, unless on holiday or unforeseen circumstances. 

If you have an urgent order please contact us to see what we can do to speed up delivery.  

We are not a shop, all orders are sent for delivery. 

Delivery Terms and Conditions

If you provide email and mobile contact number you will receive a text and email confirmation for your order.

All orders are to be signed for by the purchaser or a representative of the purchaser.

If this is not possible then it is important that you reply to Royal Mail would have sent.

If you choose for the pacel to be left ion a safe place The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the goods and any damage or loss after delivery in that instance.

Any lost or damaged parcels must be reported to Tails Up within 24 hours of the parcels delivery due date. If you do not report this it may result in no replacement or refund of the goods. Please take photographs of damaged goods and contact Tails Up.

Drop Offs

Drop off can also be made in the Essex and East Anglian region for bulk orders. 

 

 

Payment Terms for Orders

Payments can now be made by Apple Pay, Most Cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer (BT see below for full details)

Bank Transfer

If you selected to pay by Bank Transfer your order is not complete until your payment has been made. When we have received the funds, your order will then be processed and scheduled for delivery.

Once you have placed your order an email will be sent with your unique #ordernumber together with our bank details.

When making payment on your banking app or desktop login, please use your # order number as reference for your order.

Please note if you pay by bank transfer and enter the incorrect bank account details for a payment we do not take responsibility for processing your order. 

If we do not receive payment for your order, we will contact you for you to make payment,  if you then choose not to make payment your order will be cancelled.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please DO NOT ORDER ONLINE if you live in Northern Ireland as UK mainland postage only is added to orders. Pleas call us to discuss your order.

Due to the increased cost and complexities of exporting since Brexit, we are unable to ship to countries within the EU.
